TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to our Privacy Notice we have the following additional terms and conditions; any reference to legislation refers to the jurisdiction of the governing laws of the United Kingdom
In using our website, products, treatments and services we require that you comply with the following requirements as relevant to the nature of your engagement with us.
- You must supply us with all relevant contact details in order to be able to arrange an appointment with us
- Please do not attend the clinic if you are feeling unwell (this includes colds and skin infections for example) and give us notice as detailed below if you have already made an appointment with us. It is important to keep us informed if you are feeling unwell because some treatments cannot be carried out if you are experiencing certain symptoms so please call to discuss.
- In order to be able to proceed with treatments you must be willing to have a consultation with one of our therapists and complete a medical questionnaire to enable us to ascertain your suitability for any or all of our products, treatments and services. Our Privacy Notice will provide details of how we will ensure your personal information is protected as required by data protection principles.
- You will be offered an up to 15 minute initial telephone consultation free of charge. If after this you agree to an appointment with us you will be required to make a £50 to £150 deposit payment (dependent on treatment type) which is non refundable but will be taken of any treatment or service you are suitable for and agree to.
- You will be required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with us. If this is not given we will make a charge of £25 to reschedule a new appointment.
- Payments for treatment in cash or by debit or credit card (less any deposit paid) will be taken in full either in advance (if part of a course of treatments) for example or in full at the time of treatment. Finance options may be available, please discuss with your therapist.
- Please note that we will do our at most to provide you with the best treatment experience possible, we cannot guarantee your results and are not able to offer refunds if the results fail to meet your expectations
- Please note we do not treat children or young people below the age of 18 under any circumstances. Please do not bring children to the clinic.
- If you have any complaints about our products, treatments or services please let us know and we will try our best to resolve according to our complaints procedure which is available on request.
